Stream accepts documents through multiple channels: dedicated fax numbers, email forwarding, direct uploads through the web interface, and API webhooks for integration with existing systems. All incoming documents are automatically processed and queued for AI classification.

Our AI reads and analyses each document to identify key information: document type (referral, results, correspondence), patient details, referring doctor information, and clinical urgency markers. This information is extracted automatically and presented for review, dramatically reducing manual data entry.

Absolutely. Stream is built to comply with Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and healthcare data standards. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on Australian servers, and access is controlled through role-based permissions. We maintain comprehensive audit logs for compliance requirements.

Yes! We offer a 2-month free trial so you can experience the full platform with your practice. A credit card is required to start the trial but you won't be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
